How do I access my course after purchasing?

After completing your purchase, log in to your account at jenniferdanni.com/login and go to your Dashboard. Your course will appear there, ready to watch.

I just purchased but don't see my course in the dashboard.

Make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used at checkout. If you don't have an account yet, register at jenniferdanni.com/register using that email. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll sort it out right away.

How long do I have access to my course?

All courses and bundles include 90-day streaming access from the date of purchase. You can watch as many times as you like within that window.

I forgot my password.

Go to jenniferdanni.com/forgot-password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

The video is not playing or buffering.

Try refreshing the page and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Videos stream best on Chrome or Safari. If issues continue, contact us with your device type and browser.

Can I watch on my phone or tablet?

Yes — the courses are fully mobile-friendly and work on any modern device including iPhone, iPad, and Android.

Can I download the videos?

No — all content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded or recorded. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please review our Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

I purchased a bundle — where are all my courses?

All courses included in your bundle will appear in your Dashboard under 'My Classes'. If any are missing, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
