These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of online masterclasses offered by Jennifer Danni (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through jenniferdanni.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, please contact us at support@jenniferdanni.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

3. Access & Streaming

Upon successful payment, you will receive 90-day streaming access to the purchased masterclass(es). Access begins on the date of purchase and expires automatically after 90 days. Extensions are not provided unless otherwise stated.

Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course content with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including video footage, images, techniques, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jennifer Danni. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any portion of the course content in any format without prior written permission.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennifer Danni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our courses or platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
